Natalie leads the EMEA Customer Success team at Topia, working in partnership with HR clients to empower them to deploy, manage and engage employees worldwide. A former Head of Mobility with over fourteen years’ experience, Natalie has transformed Global Mobility for non-profit and FTSE 100 companies, both in-house and as a consultant.
Natalie’s specialisms include design and implementation of policies and processes, compensation accumulation and reporting, technology, operations and compliance management. Natalie began her Global Mobility career supporting worldwide programmes in the technology and retail sectors.
She went on to lead worldwide operations and transformation consulting for Global Mobility clients at EY, before returning in-house to lead the Global Mobility Function at the British Council to manage the change towards innovation and enhanced business talent alignment.
Tosin Adenrele has worked as a Global Mobility Professional for over ten years with worldwide companies across multiple industry sectors such as Financial services, Oil and Gas, Pharmaceutical and Technology. Since Tosin began her career as a Global Mobility Analyst, focusing on the EMEA Region, she has become known throughout the Global Mobility Industry as a “problem solver” who ensures operational excellence to Global Mobility Programs.
Tosin subsequently undertook contractual roles as a Global Mobility Specialist and Lead Consultant before launching her own Expat Consultancy providing a wide range of Expertise and Project Delivery. Tosin’s specialism is the centralisation of the Change Management, Compensation Analysis, Global Mobility Function, HR Transformation, Stakeholder Engagement and Talent Management.
This focus on delivery has seen Tosin awarded with a Recognition Award for Operational Excellence whilst at BP alongside working with the runner ups for FEM EMEA EMMA Of The Year in 2014. Tosin’s outstanding reputation has seen her share her insights as an industry expert at numerous industry events and in 2019 Tosin was elected to be one of the Next Gen GM Steering Committee Members and appointed a Global Mobility Ambassador and Contributor to Global Mobility Journeys.
Vaida joined Next Gen GM in 2018 as an active events participant and contributor and has continued engaging since, with the mutual goal to collaborate and support others in the Global Mobility space with less than fifteen years of Global Mobility experience like herself.
Vaida has lived and worked in three world regions, APAC, Americas and EMEA, her exposure to cross-cultural diversity brings a unique international and local perspective towards Global Mobility. During her career, Vaida has had first-hand relocating experience as the main employee and as a trailing spouse, alongside gained valuable experience working on-site at corporate client’s offices as a service partner and extension of the Global Mobility Team.
In her current role as Global Client Service Manager, Vaida is responsible for managing the overall relationship between the Aires team and the corporate client. This includes full reporting responsibilities, escalations, business reviews, new client implementations, policy or benefit benchmarking and worldwide trends analysis. Her credentials include the Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC® and a bachelor’s degree, plus being an elected member of the Next Gen GM Steering Committee.
Sacha has had an unusual journey into his current Global Mobility role and previously held another career before venturing into this world. Starting professional life with a broad based business and languages degree, he knew that whilst he wasn’t sure of the specifics of the route that lay ahead, a commercial international career path was definitely what he wanted.
Since graduation Sacha has qualified as an accountant and worked in and led international teams in finance for a career spanning fifteen years. At the start of 2019 Sacha decided to combine his varied business experience with his biggest passion, travel, to begin his second career in the Serviced Apartment industry.
Sacha initially rolled out a global supply management process to ensure the quality and compliance of SilverDoor Apartment’s corporate accommodation portfolio, which led to his current role with discovering viable new international expansion opportunities for the company.
