NEXT GEN GM TECHNICAL ADVISERS

Sabrina Carparelli

Sabrina originates from Italy where she read Modern Foreign Languages at the University of Bari, before moving to London in 1994 to study travel and hospitality at Birkbeck University. Sabrina’s passion for people and travel led her to a career in hospitality but she also has another lifelong passion; fitness and nutrition.

Following a recent traumatic event that really brought into focus the difference that a healthy lifestyle can make in  life, Sabrina decided to turn a passion into action by studying for the last two years a Personal Training and Exercise Referral Certification, which has now gained followed by a diploma in Behaviour Management with the Royal Society of Public Health.

Sabrina’s mission is to get everyone to appreciate what a difference regular exercise and a healthy approach to nutrition can make, and how that difference can enhance every area of an individual’s life, including mental health and wellbeing.
